Organic Chicken Legs, Back Attached
Our organic chicken legs are a great choice for dark meat lovers. With the back attached cut, you get the chicken thigh and drum, as well as the additional meat that connects the thigh to the back of the chicken. Cooking chicken with the bone in and the skin on can help retain moisture and add flavour, so whether baking, grilling, or stewing, chicken legs can make for a delicious meal.
Keep refrigerated or frozen.
When preparing your chicken, keep raw poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards, utensils, and hands) after touching raw poultry.
Cook thoroughly. A meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part should read 165ºF (74ºC).
