Today, wings are one of our most popular products. Whether baked or fried, battered or straight-up, saucy or just plain, there are so many ways to enjoy them.
Our organic split wings product offers a mix of drumettes and wingettes. The number of each part may vary by package.
Keep refrigerated or frozen.
When preparing your chicken, keep raw poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards, utensils, and hands) after touching raw poultry.
Cook thoroughly. A meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part should read 165ºF (74ºC).
