COTA is the national engine behind Canada’s organic movement — advancing policy, expanding markets, generating trusted data, and educating consumers to strengthen the entire organic ecosystem. Each year they promote organic via their Organic Month. This is the largest annual celebration of organic food, farming and products across the country. Hundreds of individual events showcase the benefits of organic agriculture and its positive impact on the environment.
