Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

COOK FROM FROZEN.
Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF (220ºC).
  2. Remove frozen chicken nuggets from packaging.
  3. Place frozen nuggets on a baking sheet on middle oven rack.
  4. Bake for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
  5. Remove from the oven and let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390ºF (200ºC).
  2. Place frozen nuggets in a single layer in air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for approximately 11-15 minutes, turning nuggets once halfway through cook time.

* Product is cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF (74ºC). Since appliances vary in power, these instructions are guidelines only.

Absolutely love these as someone with many allergies. I order at least 20 boxes a month. If you could please change the oil from canola to something better these would be perfect.

In terms of the canola oil, we use certified organic, expeller-pressed canola oil. This method does not involve the use of chemical solvents (like hexane) to produce the oil. By definition, the oil is squeezed out of the seed using physical pressing, not chemicals. We chose this oil because its sourcing and extraction method align with our commitment to using thoughtfully selected ingredients.

Thank you for making these! My son has allergies and cannot have soy, pea/legume protein which other nugget brands have. He loves these nuggets and its safe for him to eat!
