Made with Yorkshire Valley Farms organic chicken raised in Ontario and a subtle hint of organic maple syrup, these chicken & maple breakfast patties are out of this world. They have just 100 calories and 10g of protein per patty, making them an ideal clean protein-packed way to start your day!

KEEP FROZEN until ready to use. Do not thaw before cooking. If thawed, cook immediately. Not recommended for microwave cooking.
Cook until an internal temperature of 165°C (74°C) is reached.

Place patties onto a non-stick frying pan cook for 10-15 minutes flipping occasionally, until patties are golden brown and have reached the required minimum internal temperature.
