Organic Ground Turkey
Turkey is not just for the holiday season. There are so many ways to enjoy turkey year-round, which is why we now offer orgnaic ground turkey. Made from a mix of white and dark meat, our ground turkey offers a tasty lean protein option. Try turkey in your favourite meatball or chili recipes, or cook up a batch of turkey lasagna or turkey shepherd’s pie for a hearty family meal.
Keep refrigerated or frozen.
When preparing your turkey, keep raw poultry separate from other foods. It is important to wash working surfaces (including cutting boards, utensils, and hands) after touching raw poultry.
Cook thoroughly. A meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part should read 165ºF (74ºC).
